AI Wine Tasting at Cisco Live! Amsterdam

During Cisco Live Amsterdam, Cisco and MDCS.AI hosted a private evening where the wine was chosen by AI, facilitated by Taste Index.

The evening

Wijnbar Paulus, in Amsterdam, was the place to be after a day at Cisco live. Paired wines, paired bites, and a relaxed atmosphere. 

Every guest answered a few short questions on arrival. TasteIndex analysed their taste profile and selected wines matched to their individual palate. People with the same taste profile ended up at the same table, with the same wines. The process served as a kickstarter for good conversations and networking.
